Baked Sweet Potato Dip

INGREDIENTS

3    Sweet potatoes

1    Tablespoon olive oil

1    teaspoon salt, or to taste

1    Jar of deb's Hot Pepper Jelly

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.

  2. Peel 2-3 sweet potatoes, slice into wedges.

  3. Coat with olive oil and salt to taste.

  4. Bake sweet potatoes until browned (about 20 min).

  5. Micowave 4-8 tablespoons of deb's Hot Pepper Jelly (5 to 15 sec).

  6. Serve and enjoy a surprisingly simple treat!
