Sweet & Spicy Cheesy Bacon Dip

INGREDIENTS

1    8oz brick of cream cheese

2    Cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 Pound of bacon

2    Scallions

1    Jar your choice of deb's pepper jelly/jam

1    Box of your favorite crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook bacon till crisp, drain and create bacon bits.

  3. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

  4. Spread cheese mixture in shallow baking dish or casserole.

  5. Spread top with bacon bits and scallions..

  6. Cover with your choice of 1 jar deb's pepper jelly/jam (hot pepper jelly is a favorite).

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.

  8. Serve with crackers.
