Sweet & Spicy Cheesy Bacon Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 8oz brick of cream cheese
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Pound of bacon
2 Scallions
1 Jar your choice of deb's pepper jelly/jam
1 Box of your favorite crackers
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook bacon till crisp, drain and create bacon bits.

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Spread cheese mixture in shallow baking dish or casserole.

Spread top with bacon bits and scallions..

Cover with your choice of 1 jar deb's pepper jelly/jam (hot pepper jelly is a favorite).

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.

Serve with crackers.
