PINEAPPLE PEPPER JAM
Sugar, Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Red Peppers, Habenero Peppers, Lemon Juice, Water and Pectin
Suggestions & Pairings:
Classically pairs with cream cheese or mascarpone cheese.
Great on your morning oat meal instead of sugar.
Schmear inside a grilled ham and cheese.
Use as a dipping sauce for shrimp.
Glaze a ham at end of cooking. Serve with jam.
Mix jam with horseradish and dry mustard (1 teaspoon each). Serve with chicken, pork, lamb for a main dish, goat cheese, or cream cheese for an appetizer.
Top a small wheel of Brie cheese with 1/4 cup jam. Wrap in puffed pastry. Bake 20 min at 350. Let cool slightly, serve with crackers.
